Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Mail your package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
